lots of pickled stuff. 
Nuts and cheese to round things out.
And apples of course.
This is the kind of 17thC LARPing I'm in to.

Modern America sees wine as just a grape thing.  But in the America (and the world) of the past - any

fermented fruit juice could be a "wine".  In the 18th and 19th century the definitions are going to get even looser - sugar water with all sorts of flavorings (dandelion, cowslips, parsnips & of course pumpkins - it gets a little unhinged) are going to be wine.  But for the moment, apple cider can also be apple wine.  And if left too long, its just all vinegar.
